The introvert

They are not weird,or self centered and proud.
It's just the nature they can't do anything to, yes,their over reserved nature that makes them prefer their company to being in the midst of lots of people.
When you come across any person that is an introvert,your trying to make the person get out more, socialize and all of that might be misinterpreted.
Let the choice be made by them,you don't know how much they've been struggling to stop being shy out there,so don't use insulting words in a playful way to try talking them out of it.

How to handle fear

There are lots of books, messages, podcasts and thousands of means where we can read on that topic,and really..they aid a lot But can I tell you that,few months after reading those books, listening to those audio messages and all of that,80% of what you learnt clear off your memory? I know I sound so untrue in a way,but trust me.. experience has taught a lot...and you who is a reading type can testify to this. Yes it's good to get informed,I'm not trying to discourage anybody from doing so but, immediate actions is what will help you digest all you've learnt. Talking about yourself with confidence and true respect will not only boost your esteem but make people respect you,your decisions and everything about you . You owe nobody any humility, because by letting people regard you as important first,it makes criticism get to you faster than when you praise yourself by yourself.
